Terms of Service

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Fantasy Prize.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You may only have one active account. Multiple accounts used to gain an unfair advantage may be suspended.

• Fantasy Prize is a weekly fantasy football game based on Premier League fixtures.
• Each Gameweek you select a squad of eleven players plus a captain within the published salary cap and deadline.
• Points are awarded based on real player performance. Final scores and prize positions are determined after all matches for the Gameweek are completed and verified.
• We reserve the right to adjust fixtures, deadlines or scoring in response to postponed matches, data provider errors or other exceptional circumstances.

• Cash prizes for each Gameweek are published before the deadline and paid in Nigerian Naira (₦).
• Prize payments are made to the verified bank account or mobile money details provided by the winner.
• Fantasy Points (FP) can be redeemed for cash according to the rate shown in the app, subject to minimum redemption thresholds.
• We may withhold prizes where fraud, collusion or a breach of these terms is suspected.

• Optional membership unlocks additional features and is billed monthly through Flutterwave.
• Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops auto-renewal; you keep membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.

You must not:

• Use bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the Service.
• Collude with other managers to fix results or split prizes.
• Harass, abuse or impersonate other users.
• Attempt to access parts of the Service you are not authorised to use.
• Use the Service for illegal purposes.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, abuse the platform, or where required by law. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

All content, branding and software on Fantasy Prize belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without permission.

Fantasy Prize is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, or ₦5,000 if you have not made any payments.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app or by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
